Crigge didn't begin in a boardroom. It began on the side of a road, with a calico kitten barely the size of a palm — and a decision that changed everything.
She was two weeks old when we found her.
Abandoned on the side of the road. Eyes still unopened. Small enough to fit in one hand.
We knew nothing about raising a newborn kitten. We made every mistake in the book — the wrong formula, the wrong feeding schedule, too much panic and not enough sleep.
But we figured it out. One day at a time, one feeding at a time. And somewhere in that chaos, something clicked.
Caring for a pet isn't just feeding them.
It's the moments in between. The curiosity. The chaos. The unconditional presence they bring into your life — and the quiet guilt when you have to leave.
As Yomi grew, so did our understanding of what pet owners actually need: not more features, but real connection. A way to be present, even when you're not there.
That question — how do we solve the loneliness? — became the foundation of Crigge.
