Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are fulfilled from U.S.-based warehouses.

We don't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. This may change as we grow — follow us for updates.

Free Shipping

All orders ship free within the United States. No minimum purchase, no promo code needed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will ship the next business day.

Processing time doesn't include transit time.

Shipping Speed

We partner with trusted U.S. carriers. Once shipped:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays, etc.).

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to go live — this is normal.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at AfterSales@crigge.com with your order number, photos of the packaging and product, and a brief description. We'll make it right — replacement or refund after verification.

If your package is lost or stuck: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or it's marked delivered but you never got it, reach out and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

We can't take responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout — so please double-check before you confirm.

Address Accuracy

Make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, reshipment may require additional shipping fees.

We can't guarantee address changes after an order has been processed — once it's in the system, it moves fast.

Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages depending on warehouse availability. You'll get tracking for each one.

A Note on Magic S1 Orders

Magic S1 units ship from U.S. warehouses. Because inventory is fulfilled overseas, we're unable to include physical inserts, printed codes, or additional materials inside the box.

Any discount codes, setup guides, or support info will be sent to you via email after purchase.
