30-Day Returns
Not the right fit? You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return — no questions asked.
To be eligible, your product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging included.
Sale items are fully eligible for returns. We stand behind every product at every price.
How to Start a Return
Email us at AfterSales@crigge.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We'll reply within 48 hours with a return shipping address and instructions.
Please don't send anything back before hearing from us — items sent without authorization can't be processed.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If it's our fault — defective product, wrong item, or shipping damage — we cover return shipping. No cost to you.
If you changed your mind — you're responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you have proof of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us immediately at AfterSales@crigge.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We'll resolve it fast — typically a replacement or full refund, and we'll cover shipping both ways.
1-Year Warranty
All Crigge products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use.
What's covered: Hardware failures, motor/wheel defects, charging dock issues, camera or sensor malfunctions, Wi-Fi connectivity hardware faults.
What's not covered: Physical damage from drops or misuse, water damage, wear and tear (scratches, scuffs), damage caused by pets chewing on the product or its cables, third-party modifications.
To file a warranty claim, email AfterSales@crigge.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the problem. We'll walk you through next steps.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received the refund, contact us at AfterSales@crigge.com.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order separately.
